So for uploading your application to the Play Store you need to purchase a Play Console and make an account and give your application a particular name and description and at least four different screenshots of your application and then publish your application on Play Store. For purchasing a Play Console account you will have to pay a sum of $25 to Google and get your app published on Play Store.
